One of the best prospects in the 2021 recruiting class is still considering Ohio State.

Christmas Eve, five-star strong-side defensive end Tunmise Adeleye tweeted out his top six schools. While the list was full of SEC programs, Ohio State did make the cut. He is scheduled to announce his final decision on Aug. 1, 2020.

Below is the tweet Adeleye sent out on Tuesday announcing his top six:

Adeleye is listed as the No. 26 player in the 2021 class and is the third-best strong-side defensive end of the cycle. The Katy, Texas native is considered the No. 5 player from his home state.

Adeleye is a 6-foot-3, 260-pound defensive lineman who has attracted the attention of over two dozen schools. He holds 28 offers currently.

In addition to Ohio State, Adeleye has Alabama, Texas A&M, LSU, Oklahoma and Florida in his top six.

Per his evaluation on 247Sports, Adeleye has excellent strength on the defensive line and is a solid tackler. He could play multiple positions on the defensive line and has quick feet and active hands.

Currently, Ohio State has six players verbally committed in the 2021 class and ranks first in the B1G and second nationally. All six pledges rank inside the top 125 in the 2021 class, per 247Sports’ Composite rankings.
