Emeka Egbuka shines with healthy first half vs. Minnesota

Emeka Egbuka has been working his way back since injuring his ankle against Maryland in October. After missing three games, Egbuka has been back on the field in recent weeks, but he has not looked like himself.

The star receiver and running mate to Marvin Harrison Jr. missed games against Purdue, Penn State and Wisconsin before returning to the field against Rutgers and Michigan State. While Egbuka did play in those games, he did not look like his fully healthy self until Saturday against Minnesota.

Fortunately, Egbuka is dazzling throughout the first half against the Golden Gophers, and fans and media alike believe the wide receiver officially looks fully healthy. He led the Buckeyes with 5 catches for 83 yards in the first half and looks primed to play a big role in The Game and beyond for Ryan Day’s offense.
