Everybody does preseason rankings. They pre-rank teams, players, fan bases, you name it. ESPN, of course, made its preseason list of the top 50 players in college football.

And, they got it all wrong. Realistically, who wouldn’t have?

Who saw Joe Burrow becoming absolutely unstoppable? Who thought Justin Fields would have as easy of a time as he has had transitioning from a backup role at Georgia to QB1 in Columbus?

After the regular season and conference championship games have been played, ESPN revisited and re-ranked the top 50 players in the sport.

Ohio State had four of the top 17, and below are the 12 B1G guys that cracked the top 50:

2. Chase Young, DL, Ohio State

3. Justin Fields, QB, Ohio State

5. Jonathan Taylor, RB, Wisconsin

11. J.K. Dobbins, RB, Ohio State

17. Jeff Okudah, DB, Ohio State

23. Rashod Bateman, WR, Minnesota

33. A.J. Epenesa, DE, Iowa

38. Zack Baun, LB, Wisconsin

39. K.J. Hamler, WR, Penn State

41. Antoine Winfield Jr., DB, Minnesota

46. Tyler Johnson, WR, Minnesota

49. Micah Parsons, LB, Penn State

What do you think of the list, B1G fans? Anyone missing?
