ESPN reveals preseason All-B1G selections

A day before the start of the B1G season, ESPN released the names of its All-B1G selections.

Penn State and Ohio State had several representatives make the team, having more star power than any other program, according to ESPN.

Here’s who ESPN selected as first-team selections on offense, defense and special teams prior to the start of the 2017 campaign:

Offense

QB: Trace Mcsorley, Penn State

RB: Saquon Barkley, Penn State

RB: Justin Jackson, Northwestern

WR: Nick Westbrook, Indiana

WR: Malik Turner, Illinois

TE: Troy Fumagalli, Wisconsin

OT: Mason Cole, Michigan

OT: Nick Gates, Nebraska

OG: Sean Welsh, Iowa

OG: Beau Benzschawel, Wisconsin

C: Billy Price, Ohio State

Defense

DE: Tyquan Lewis, Ohio State

DE: Sam Hubbard, Ohio State

DT: Maurice Hurst, Michigan

DT: Steven Richardson, Minnesota

LB: Josey Jewell, Iowa

LB: Tegray Scales, Indiana
