ESPN’s FPI predicts outcome of B1G Championship Game

The biggest game of the B1G football season comes to all of us this Saturday as Ohio State and Northwestern will meet in the B1G Championship Game.
If Ohio State wins the game (as a lot of people expect them to), they would more than likely get to the College Football Playoff. If Northwestern wins though, they would pull off one of the most unlikely upsets ever for college football.
With that said, ESPN’s FPI has predicted the outcome for the game and it leans heavily in Ohio State’s favor. According to the FPI, Ohio State has a 90.9% chance to beat Northwestern on Saturday.
This isn’t unexpected as the Buckeyes have been one of the four best teams in the country this season. Quarterback Justin Fields had over 1,400 yards passing with 15 touchdowns to just three interceptions in five games played. He also had five rushing touchdowns as well.
Kickoff will be at Noon ET on Saturday and it’ll be televised by FOX.
