ESPN’s FPI predicts outcome of Michigan-Indiana showdown

Michigan is looking to get back on track against Indiana on Saturday.
The Wolverines blew another big game in the Jim Harbaugh era this past Saturday in losing to the Michigan State Spartans. They were up 30-22 going into the 4th quarter before Spartans running back Kenneth Walker III scored the g0-ahead touchdown late in that quarter
Still, Michigan is 7-1 coming into this matchup and should get to 8-1 if ESPN’s FPI has its way.
According to the FPI, the Wolverines have a 92.2% chance of coming away with the victory against the Hoosiers. It’s the highest win odds that Michigan has for the rest of its season.
Indiana has been really banged up this season, especially at quarterback when it hasn’t caught a break. Both Michael Penix Jr. and Jack Tuttle are nursing injuries, which means 3rd stringer Donaven McCulley may have to start again after playing against Maryland.
Kickoff will be at 7:30 p.m. ET on Saturday.
