No. 3 Ohio State hosts in-state, non-conference foe Toledo on Saturday after coming off a blowout win in Week 2 against Arkansas State.

Ohio State is looking to get a third win in what should be a cakewalk before starting conference play the following week. The Buckeyes have won the 3 matchups the teams have had, but Toledo lost by just 5 points the last time the 2 teams played in 2011.

C.J. Stroud has been phenomenal so far this season, racking up 574 yards and 6 touchdowns. His efforts have put him as a Heisman favorite early, and the game against Toledo would be a great opportunity for Stroud to pad his stats some before getting into the brunt of the season.

While Ohio State is the favorite, don’t count Toledo out just yet. The Rockets have crushed their first two opponents and are looking to turn some heads in Columbus, Ohio, this weekend.

They will head into the game behind start quarterback Dequan Finn, who leads Toledo in both passing yards and rushing yards.

ESPN’s FPI gives Ohio State a 97.4% chance of a win in this game. Maybe counting out Toledo so early will be the fuel the Rockets need in this one, maybe not. Either way, the Buckeyes and Rockets will battle it out at 7 p.m. on Saturday on Fox.
