Despite being ranked No. 16, Penn State has a 0.0% chance to win the B1G, according to FPI. Penn State started the season 5-0 before losing to No. 5 Michigan 41-17 in Week 9 and No. 2 Ohio State 44-31 in Week 9. Those two losses mean the Nittany Lions will need some serious help to get back into the B1G East race.
Ohio State is looking to win the B1G after losing to Michigan in “The Game” last season 42-27, which cost the Buckeyes the B1G East. Michigan is the reigning B1G Champion before making its first trip to the College Football Playoff last season.
Illinois is trying to win its first B1G title since 2001.
