Ohio State being at 85% isn’t a surprise due to how great they’ve looked through the first couple of weeks. They thumped Nebraska in their first game and then beat Penn State by 13 in their next game.
OSU will likely be favored in all of their remaining games so unless they falter, they very likely will get into the playoff.
As for Wisconsin, they have a 40% chance to reach the playoff according to the predictor.
They’ll have a harder time getting there though, especially with still having to travel to Ann Arbor to play Michigan. The Badgers will also have to play Indiana later in the season and they’re projected to rise in this week’s rankings.
It’s all shaping up to be quite the finish to this college football season, especially as we get closer to the conference championship games.
