ESPN’s SP+ has provided final score outcomes for the Week 8 slate of college football. In the B1G, that includes an annual rivalry and another trophy game between Iowa and Minnesota.
Once again, Floyd of Rosedale will be up for grabs in Kinnick Stadium, and the Hawkeyes will also look to maintain their lead in the B1G West. According to the SP+, Iowa has a 65% win probability and is actually projected to win by a final score of 22-15.
For comparison, Iowa has reached 22 points just 3 times this season and is averaging 20.9 points per game. That projected combined total would also hit the over with the over/under set at 31.5 for Saturday’s game. Fans looking to take part in the action can head to BetMGM to get started.

Like most rivalries, Saturday’s game should be a fun one, but points are likely to be at a premium for both sides. Iowa most recently lost star tight end Erick All to a season-ending injury and Deacon Hill has struggled with his efficiency as the replacement quarterback to Cade McNamara.
In the end, Saturday’s game is likely to come down to whichever team is able to run the ball effectively with both defenses likely to be primed and ready to roll.
