ESPN’s updated bracketology includes 8 B1G teams bound for Big Dance

As the regular season winds down, we’re getting closer and closer to the Big Dance.
ESPN’s Joe Lunardi has updated his latest bracketology, including eight B1G teams in the NCAA Tournament. Two teams are on bubble watch heading into the final weekend of the season and the conference tournament. Minnesota, currently a No. 11 seed, is one of Lunardi’s “last four byes,” indicating the Gophers could drop to a play-in game. Indiana, meanwhile, has work to do if the Hoosiers are going to be the ninth team from the conference to make the tournament. Lunardi has Indiana in his “next four out,” which is behind the “first four out.”

East Region:
- No. 2 Michigan State vs. No. 15 Loyola Chicago
- No. 5 Maryland vs. No. 12 Clemson/Seton Hall
- No. 8 Baylor vs. No. 9 Iowa
West Region:
- No. 2 Michigan vs. No. 15 Montana
- No. 6 Auburn vs. No. 11 Minnesota
Midwest Region:
- No. 4 Wisconsin vs. No. 13 Vermont
South Region:
- No. 3 Purdue vs. No. 14 Georgia Southern
- No. 7 Wofford vs. No. 10 Ohio State
