Ethan Happ has accomplished quite the remarkable feat, becoming the first college basketball player to record multiple triple-doubles this season.
Saturday, Happ registered his second triple-double of the year in Wisconsin’s 62-46 win over Northwestern. The Badgers forward ended the day with 13 points, 12 rebounds and 11 assists as Wisconsin improved to 14-6 with the victory.
Happ’s first triple-double came in Wisconsin’s season opener against Coppin State, an 85-63 win for the Badgers. He scored 10 points, grabbed 10 rebounds and dished 12 assists in the opener.

Happ has been a do-it-all player for the Badgers all season. Entering Saturday’s game against Northwestern, the fifth-year senior is averaging 19.2 points and 10.3 rebounds per game. He’s also averaging a shade under five assists per contest.
Wisconsin is now 6-3 in B1G play and has won three straight.
