Eugene Brown III is in foul trouble ahead of halftime for Ohio State, and he received one flagrant call during a rebound battle against Purdue’s Zach Edey.
Edey is certainly a load for anyone to handle, much less Brown who is severely undersized while trying to box out the Purdue big man. On this play, Brown was called for a hook and hold foul which carries with it a Flagrant 1 designation.
While Brown did not initiate the contact, he can be seen clamping down on Edey’s left arm with both hands before the two fell to the floor. It is Brown’s 3rd foul of the first half.
