Former Ohio State and current New Orleans Saints defensive back Marshon Lattimore has made his way around the highlight reels over the last few days.
Lattimore has made several big plays for the Saints in his rookie season, and that continued on Christmas Eve. Before the end of the first half of the Saints’ Sunday matchup against the Falcons, the ex-Buckeye came up with a huge interception. But the pick didn’t come in traditional fashion.
The New Orleans rookie used his butt to help end Atlanta’s first half drive. Here’s the video of that unique play.

It may not ever replace the infamous “butt fumble,” however, the “butt pick” will definitely make its way around the highlights for the next few weeks.
Thanks to that interception, the Saints went on to post a 23-13 win over Atlanta and improved to 11-4 on the season. They are currently tied with the Carolina Panthers for first place in the NFC South.
Lattimore has played in 12 games for New Orleans this season, recording 50 tackles and five interceptions. The ex-Buckeye also has one pick-six on the season.
