After the news came out a few days ago that Florida quarterback Emory Jones was headed to the transfer portal, it looked as if the Gators would only have one quarterback on their roster with any experience in Anthony Richardson.

But that all may change if former Ohio State quarterback Jack Miller III decides to go to Gainesville. According to reports, the former 4-star quarterback may be interesting in joining the Gators soon. Miller decided to enter the transfer portal back in November.

Matt Zenitz of On 3 reported the news:

Miller was recruited by some very high-profile SEC programs like Alabama, Auburn, Texas A&M, and LSU but he picked the Buckeyes back in 2019.

Miller appeared in 4 games during the 2021 season, completing 7-of-14 passes for 101 yards. In 2020, he hit the field twice and was credited with 23 yards and a touchdown on 2 carries.

Ohio State lost two quarterbacks to the NCAA transfer portal this season. Along with Miller, former 5-star prospect Quinn Ewers also decided to leave the program. He has committed to Texas.
