Former Penn State RB Saquon Barkley hasn’t had the best of luck when it comes to injuries during his NFL career so far. He spoke to the media about how he is feeling in a recent interview on Wednesday.
In 2020, Barkley suffered an MCL sprain and a torn ACL in the same season. This was followed up by an ankle sprain last season in Week 5 against the Dallas Cowboys. However, Barkley stated that he is starting to gain confidence in his body once again after speaking to the media recently according to Ralph Vacchiano of SNY.
Here’s what Barkley had to say about how he’s feeling:
“I feel a lot better than I felt at this point last year,” said Barkley. My body feels good. I’m trusting my knee again.”
