Former Ohio State and current Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott admitted to doing drugs during his college days while under oath at his appeals hearing in New York.

The NFL star also admitted that he still likes to get drunk and party.

Elliott is appealing his six-game suspension that was handed down by the NFL following a year-long investigation. The former Buckeye is accused of using physical force against an ex-girlfriend back in 2016.

Here’s the exchange between Elliott and the attorney, according to DallasNews.com:

Elliott: I do like to party.

Attorney: And like to get drunk?

Elliott: Yes.

Attorney: You like to do drugs?

Elliott: I did in college.

Elliott was at Ohio State from 2013-2015, rushing for 3,961 yards and 58 touchdowns in his career.

As a rookie with the Cowboys, Elliott rushed for 1,631 yards and 15 touchdowns. He was the NFL’s leading rusher in 2016.
