Fans have spoken: State College voted best college football town in America, per ESPN

Penn State resides in the best college town in the nation, according to a poll conducted by ESPN.
The result was announced on ESPN’s College Football Twitter account:

The annual Penn State White Out game is regarded as one of the best experiences in college football. In this season’s White Out game, Penn State edged Auburn 28-20. No. 7 Penn State is a perfect 4-0 at home this season, most recently shutting out Indiana 24-0 on Oct. 2.
Penn State is coming off a 23-20 loss at No. 2 Iowa. Penn State is on a bye this week and will look to get back in the winning column when they host Illinois in Week 7.
Penn State leads the all-time series 20-5, with three consecutive victories vs. Illinois.
