The tournament field includes Wisconsin, Butler, Oregon, Houston, Texas A&M and Notre Dame. It’s one of the most popular multi-team events in college basketball, and it’s scheduled for Nov. 22-25.
Although it’s not Hawaii, Las Vegas could still be a fun replacement host. Vegas is also set to host 4 other MTEs in November, including the 2K Empire Classic at the same time as the Maui Invitational. It could be a hot destination for college basketball fans.
But there’s one thing we still don’t know. Will national treasure Bill Walton be there to call gaes in-person this year?
