Former Ohio State wide receiver Garrett Wilson has a big role ahead of him is his rookie season with the New York Jets. Wilson showed his great concentration in the final preseason game against the New York Giants by catching a 12-yard pass after the ball was tipped by a Giants’ defender at the line of scrimmage.

Wilson’s concentration and overall athleticism made him one of the top wide receivers in the 2022 NFL Draft class.

Wilson was the second wide receiver selected in the 2022 NFL Draft with the 10th overall pick by the Jets, just two picks after USC’s Drake London was picked by the Atlanta Falcons.

Wilson has caught 5 receptions for 40 yards in the previous two preseason games.

Wilson was added to a Jets team that finished the 2021 NFL season ranked 20th in the league in passing yards per game (208.3 yards).
