Back in 2015, Walker started appearing on the radar of Big Ten fans. The Wayne, New Jersey, native announced his commitment to Ohio State in January that year but later switched his commitment to Michigan.
After redshirting in 2016, Walker had 20 carries for 68 yards and a touchdown in five games. Then, he announced he was transferring to Fort Scott Community College in Kansas. Then, he made the move to Starkville to join Mississippi State.
In 2019, Walker did not see any action and played in only two games this season. The school said Walker is no longer with the team.
