Former Michigan State star offensive lineman Jack Conklin has a nice contract coming his way.
Monday, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported that Conklin has agreed to a three-year deal worth $42 million with the Cleveland Browns. The offensive lineman will receive $30 million in full guaranteed money, as well.
Jack Conklin agreed to a 3-year deal with the Browns for $42M with $30M fully guarantee, per @RosenhausSports. He earns $20mil in the first year. Wanted to keep it short due to the projected increases in the salary cap. Conklin will only be 28 when this deal expires.

Conklin will receive $20 million in the first year. When the deal expires, he will be just 28 years old.
Conklin, who was a first-round selection in the 2016 NFL Draft, spent the first four years of his NFL career with the Tennessee Titans. He’s made 57 career starts in the NFL.
In Conklin’s first season in 2016, he was named a first-team All-Pro after starting all 16 games as a rookie. He started all 16 games a year later in 2017 as well, but suffered an injury at the end of the year, forcing him to be sidelined at times during the 2018 campaign.
Before his NFL days, Conklin started 38 of 39 possible games with Michigan State and was named an All-American in 2015.
