Former Nebraska DB to honor Sam Foltz with special cleats

Back in July of 2016, Sam Foltz was a kicker for Nebraska. He died in a tragic car accident with former Michigan State punter Mike Sadler.
Nate Gerry was a Husker defensive back at the time and was a teammate of Foltz. He has since moved on to the NFL and is with the Philadelphia Eagles.

On Thursday, Gerry posted a photo of Sam Foltz-inspired cleats that he plans on wearing on Sunday during his game against the Miami Dolphins:

The Eagles-Dolphins game is scheduled for a 1 p.m. ET kickoff on Sunday, Dec. 1.
