Former Ohio State defensive lineman Michael Hill was arrested in West Virginia on Friday. He was charged possessing methamphetamine with intent to distribute.

West Virginia Regional Jail and Correctional Facility Authority online records show he was booked into the North Central Regional Jail and Correctional Facility in Greenwood, West Virginia at 7:05 p.m. following an arrest in Wood County. In Hill’s mugshot (below), he is wearing a Nike shirt with the Ohio State logo.

A former 4-star recruit in the class of 2013, Hill played at OSU through the 2017 season. Hill, 23, contributed on the 2014 national championship Buckeyes squad, but missed the 2016 College Football Playoff semifinal game against Clemson after failing a drug test, which resulted in a six-game suspension. tHe went undrafted in the 2018 NFL Draft, but earned a tryout with the Detroit Lions. Hill recently launched a clothing line How She Gone Eat with former Buckeye teammates Tracy Sprinkle, Jalyn Holmes and Tyquan Lewis.

Hill’s bail is set at $300,000.
