The Los Angeles Rams have activated Sebastian Joseph-Day for Super Bowl LVI. The organization announced the roster update on Friday, just a few days before the game against the Cincinnati Bengals kicks off.

Joseph-Day’s return would provide the Rams with some additional depth along the defensive line for Super Bowl LVI. He’s proven to be a solid run defender over his career.

Midway through the season, Joseph-Day sustained a chest injury that has kept him sidelined. He has not appeared in a game since Week 7.

In 7 games this season, Joseph-Day has recorded 38 tackles, 3 sacks and 5 QB hits. He was well on his way to having his most productive season in the NFL before suffering the injury.

The 3 sacks in 2021 were a career high, tallying a total of 3 in his previous 2 seasons.

Joseph-Day played college football Rutgers. He was selected in the sixth round of the 2018 NFL Draft and has spent his entire career with the Rams.
