There are no words to describe Joe Thomas.

The former Badger and current Cleveland Browns lineman has made 10 Pro Bowl appearances and is a seven-time First-team All-Pro selection. He’s played his entire career in Cleveland after being taken third overall in the 2007 NFL Draft.

But Thomas’ most incredible feat hasn’t even been mentioned yet. On Sunday, as the Browns battled the Baltimore Ravens, Thomas had played in his 10,000th consecutive snap.

That’s an absolutely incredible benchmark to hit, especially for an offensive lineman. And, doing it all in Cleveland is no easy feat, either.

Before heading to the NFL, Thomas was a two-time All-B1G selection and was an All-American in 2006. He also won the Outland Trophy after that season.

Thomas’ career has been full of personal accomplishments and individual accolades. But 10,000 straight starts is simply amazing.
