Former Wisconsin star Micah Potter finished off an excellent Summer League stint with the Miami Heat on Tuesday.
Potter’s final game with Miami was brilliant, as he scored 15 points on 7-of-12 shooting to go with 10 rebounds, 5 blocks, 2 assists and 1 steal.
The Badgers’ basketball Twitter account acknowledged his big game as well:

Potter went undrafted in the 2021 NBA Draft, but was able to agree to a Summer League contract with the Heat. As of now, it’s unclear whether or not he’ll be moving forward with a more permanent arrangement.
The next step for Potter is likely to pursue a G-League contract with an NBA team affiliate. He could also be in the mix for a 2-way contract after his strong showing in Las Vegas.
Potter averaged 6.8 points and 4.5 rebounds across four Summer League appearances. That’s decent production considering he received just 14.2 minutes per contest.
As a senior at Wisconsin, Potter averaged 12.5 points and 5.9 rebounds per game.
The 2021-22 NBA season begins on Oct. 19.
