Four members of the Buckeyes football team can call themselves graduates of Ohio State University.

Sunday, Offensive lineman Thayer Munford, tight end Jeremy Ruckert, running back Master Teague III and defensive back Marcus Williamson all received their degrees from Ohio State at summer commencement.

Ohio State president Kristina Johnson also thanked Teague for giving a speech at the university’s pre-commencement brunch.

What an awesome way to celebrate the start of the season.

Along with earning degrees from Ohio State, all four players are expected to be key contributors for the Buckeyes on the field this fall.

Munford is considered one of the nation’s top offensive tackles entering the year. Ruckert is a one of the best tight ends in the B1G. Teague and Williamson are battling for starting spots at their respective positions, as well.
