Recruiting is a 24/7 sport in and of itself. You can’t take a day off if you’re a head coach nowadays.
The 2020 class of recruits isn’t complete yet. But, that doesn’t mean that you can’t go for 2021 players. Nebraska has, and it has got to be glad that it did, as on Thursday night, 4-star linebacker Randolph Kpai announced he would be joining the Huskers:
I like to thank everyone who have given me a chance to continue my education and do what I love at the next level. With that being said, I’m happy to announce that I’ll be attending the University of Nebraska @coach_frost @BarrettRuud @CoachChinander @SFW_Football pic.twitter.com/C3GAmnTscG

Again, if you’re a Husker or a Husker fan, you’ve got to be thrilled with this. Kpai, a 6-foot-3 outside linebacker from Sioux Falls, South Dakota, is ranked as the No. 169 player overall, No. 13 outside linebacker and No. 1 player in his state regardless of position for 2021.
He chose the Huskers while holding scholarship offers from Iowa, Minnesota, Oregon and others.
The Nebraska 2021 class now ranks No. 14 nationally and No. 4 in the Big Ten. It consists of four members and Kpai is the most highly-regarded.
