With the NFL Draft ending last Saturday, many have spent this week analyzing the biggest winners and losers from the event, as well as discussing which players will find themselves in the best fit next season.

This week, FOX college football analyst RJ Young recently made predictions about which recent NFL Draft selections have the chance to win the Offensive and Defensive Rookie of the Year honors.

Near the top of the lists are former Ohio State quarterback Justin Fields (Chicago Bears) and former Penn State linebacker Micah Parsons (Dallas Cowboys).

Young believes Parsons has the best chance to win the Defensive Rookie of the Year honor during the 2021 season, beating out Patrick Surtain II and Zaven Collins. Parsons was the No. 12 overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft and many consider him to be the best defensive prospect of the class.

Fields is No. 2 in the Offensive Rookie of the Year category for Young, behind Trevor Lawrence but in front of Kyle Pitts. Fields was the fourth quarterback off the board, but he could be in a really good situation with the Bears.

These will be two races we keep an eye on throughout the NFL season.
