FOX’s Matt Leinart names B1G’s best team right now

The best team in the B1G right now is not Ohio State. At least that’s the case if you ask FOX college football analyst Matt Leinart.
Saturday morning during FOX’s Big Noon Kickoff pregame show, Leinart was asked which team he thought is currently the best in the league. Right now, the former USC quarterback believes the top dog is Penn State.
Leinart pointed to Penn State’s two big wins over Wisconsin in Week 1 (on the road) and last weekend’s White Out game victory over Auburn. Both teams were ranked at the time of play.
Leinart also says James Franklin has the Nittany Lions playing with a “championship mentality.” Below is the full clip from FOX:

Penn State has posted two big wins and also got a Week 2 victory over Ball State. Saturday, the Nittany Lions close out the nonconference slate against Villanova.
