Wisconsin kicker to honor Sam Foltz by wearing his number in 2016

In the wake of the tragic deaths of Sam Foltz and Mike Sadler, some have already found ways to honor the late B1G stars.

Rafael Gaglianone is  one of those people.

Wisconsin announced that Gaglianone will wear Foltz’s No. 27 instead of his usual No. 10 this season. The two spent time together at specialist camps and had a friendship off the field.

Gaglianone, of course, was responsible for nailing the game-winning kick to beat Nebraska in Lincoln last year. If Husker fans didn’t like Gaglianone of his before, they certainly have a reason to be now.
