Gemon Green has made an official announcement via social media that has had declared for the 2023 NFL Draft. As a graduate student, Green was able to make the All-B1G selection as a consensus honorable mention for his contributions to the conference champion Michigan Wolverines.
Green was a consistent presence for the Wolverines as a three-year letterman while playing in 42 games with 24 starts at cornerback. In the 13 games he played in 2022, Green recorded 20 tackles with 4 pass breakups.
In 2020, Green showed room for improvement in the few games he played. Despite that he would work and become arguably one of the better Wolverines on defense with an outstanding game against Penn State at the end of the season.
He continued to get better in 2021 before suffering a midseason injury.
