Good sport: Lane Kiffin has no problem with Alabama trolling ‘popcorn’ comment

This story just keeps on getting better.
Prior to Ole Miss’ game against Alabama, Rebels coach Lane Kiffin told CBS’ Jamie Erdahl said to “get your popcorn ready” and dropped the mic. Ole Miss then trailed Alabama 28-0 at halftime and, eventually, lost 42-21.
Later on, Alabama’s mascot “Big Al” donned a bag of popcorn and started dancing during the game. Monday afternoon, Kiffin tweeted a response to the video.

What a good sport.
Kiffin’s “get your popcorn” line became a punchline after Ole Miss’ performance in the first half. But in his media availability Monday morning, Kiffin said he called Erdahl to apologize for his actions and said he just got caught up in the moment.
