Hassan Haskins fights through tackle, escapes for first career TD

Michigan is sticking with its plan to spread the ball around, and Hassan Haskins made it pay off on this run!
The Wolverines running back took this handoff and had a nice gain through the hole. Haskins had already picked up the first down with a short gain when the contact came.
However, the Illinois tackler was in for a rude awakening. He tried to wrap and sling Haskins with an arm tackle, but it didn’t work. Haskins kept his legs churning through the contact and scampered the rest of the way for the touchdown.
It was Haskins’ first with Michigan:
