Here’s a schedule of B1G pro days before the 2021 NFL draft

With the absence of an in-person scouting combine this year, pro days will be even more important for prospects hoping to be scouted by NFL teams.
A player’s pro day is now the only opportunity teams will have to scout prospects in person before the NFL draft.
The Big Ten is preparing to send a lot of talent to the NFL, including nearly 10 first round prospects. But these events will be even more important for the fringe prospects — the high-level talents who have gone under-the-radar to this point, but could contribute on an NFL roster.
Here’s a tentative schedule of pro days for this spring from the programs who have announced them so far:
- Northwestern: March 9
- Wisconsin: March 10
- Iowa: March 22
- Nebraska: March 23
- Purdue: March 23
- Michigan State: March 24
- Penn State: March 25
- Michigan: March 26
- Ohio State: March 30
Maryland, Rutgers, Minnesota, Purdue and Illinois have not yet announced dates for their pro days.
Of those teams, Minnesota and Purdue have the most high-profile prospects: Receivers Rashod Bateman and Rondale Moore, respectively. Both of those players are potential first round picks.
Ohio State’s pro day will feature several potential first round picks, including Justin Fields, Wyatt Davis and Shaun Wade, amongst others. Baron Browning and Trey Sermon are likely to be picked on day two.
Northwestern and Penn State will also have plenty of NFL scouts in attendance as Wildcats OL Rashawn Slater and Nittany Lions LB Micah Parsons are potential top-10 picks.
The NFL draft is set for April 29-May 1.
