The Indiana Hoosiers are 1-1 to start the season, and they are coming off a win in their home opener against FCS opponent the Idaho Vandals.

The Hoosiers beat the Vandals in pretty convincing fashion as they would stroll on to a victory with a 56-14 win.

This weekend, Indiana has a much taller task as they welcome the 8th ranked Cincinnati Bearcats into Bloomington, IN. on Saturday.

Tom Allen spoke to the media today ahead of this weekends’ matchup with the Bearcats.

“They are ranked for a reason,” Allen said according to Kevin Brockway of CHNIIndiana. “They’ve earned it.”

Tom Allen was pleased with the fans and the students’ turnout in Saturdays’ home opening win against the Vandals.

The Hoosier and the 8th ranked Bearcats square off at noon ET on ESPN Saturday in Bloomington.
