Since 2018, five times the Irish have been an underdog away from home. Notre Dame is 0-5 in those games and lost four by at least 17 points. Going back to a win at Arizona State in 2013, Notre Dame has lost 11 straight pre-bowl games away from home as an underdog…

Soldier Field in Chicago will be the setting for No. 12 Notre Dame and No. 18 Wisconsin. Notre Dame has done OK, but hasn’t been great in its three wins.
After an overtime win to beat Florida State, who at the time hadn’t tanked yet, Notre Dame almost dropped its next game to Toledo. Even its win last week over Purdue wasn’t a slam dunk, needing a late score and some big plays to finally dispose of the Boilermakers.
Notre Dame will be up against a Wisconsin team that has allowed just 66 yards rushing in two games, and its defense is No. 2 in the nation.
Notre Dame and Wisconsin are set to kickoff at 11:00 AM CT on Saturday, Sept 25 at Soldier Field in Chicago.
