Holiday hoops: 4 B1G basketball games will be played on Christmas Day

If you enjoy basketball with your holiday, then you’re getting your Christmas wish in 2020.
There are four B1G basketball matchups scheduled for Christmas Day, providing sports fans a nice break from frequently run holiday classics like A Christmas Story, White Christmas and The Santa Clause. And if you’re a huge fan of the sport, you’ll be able to watch B1G hoops from 12:30 p.m. ET until it’s time to head for bed.
Friday’s slate of games starts off with a matchup featuring two of the best teams in the B1G. No. 9 Wisconsin (7-1) travels to No. 12 Michigan State (6-1) to tip things off on Christmas Day.
At 2:30 p.m., Maryland (5-2) will take on Purdue (6-3) and at 6 p.m. No. 19 Michigan (6-0) will travel to Lincoln to play Nebraska (4-4). The day will end with a rivalry matchup, with No. 4 Iowa (7-1) battling Minnesota (7-1) at 8 p.m.

- No. 19 Michigan vs. Nebraska (6 p.m. ET, BTN)

It should be a fun day of holiday hoops in the B1G.
