Purdue’s locker room was fired up after its win against Nebraska on Saturday.

It all started with head coach Jeff Brohm shouting “How bout them Boilers?” before the team went wild.

The Boilermakers got that foul taste of their mouths after last week’s setback against the Badgers. They went into Lincoln and beat the Cornhuskers, 28-23 to get to 5-3 on the season.

Quarterback Aidan O’Connell had a big bounce-back performance as he threw for 233 yards and 2 touchdowns after throwing 3 interceptions last Saturday.

Purdue’s defense also had a big day as Nebraska quarterback Adrian Martinez got intercepted 4 times by that unit. Its next matchup will be against No. 8 Michigan State next Saturday, which will surely be one heck of a game.

There’s no set kickoff time as of yet.
