Desmond Howard believes that Michigan is putting fear in the rest of the B1G.
Even Ohio State.
The ESPN college football analyst and former Michigan Heisman Trophy winner went on “The Rich Eisen Show” on Monday and briefly talked about the Michigan State-Michigan showdown this weekend.
Naturally, the conversation shifted to Michigan-Ohio State. When asked about what the defending national champions are seeing develop at Michigan, Howard said they are very much on the Buckeyes’ radar.
“They’re very concerned,” Howard said. “The whole conference has been put on notice. They understand that they got that guy in Ann Arbor. He can coach his butt off.”
Howard will return to his alma mater this weekend when College GameDay sets up shop in Ann Arbor.
The Buckeyes and Wolverines won’t square off until Nov. 28.
