Hubert Caliste Jr., 3-star TE out of Louisiana, announces B1G commitment

Hubert Caliste Jr, a 3-star tight end out of Louisiana, announced Tuesday that he has committed to Indiana to continue his football career.

Caliste attends St. Augustine HS in New Orleans as a member of the 2024 class. He also plays basketball for St. Augustine, standing at 6-4, 235 pounds.

This commitment comes following an official visit to Bloomington this past weekend. He chose the Hoosiers over the likes of Florida State, Nebraska, Georgie Tech and Tulane, to name a few.

Caliste is considered to be the No. 1,168 player in the country, as well as the No. 54 TE and No. 37 player out of the state of Louisiana.

Indiana has done well on the recruiting trail lately. Caliste represents the Hoosiers’ 8th commitment of June alone.
