Hunter Dickinson will be taking a visit to Maryland this week as he continues to consider his future, according to a report.
College basketball insider Jeff Goodman shared that news on Thursday morning. Goodman added that Dickinson will also take a visit to Georgetown and that Kansas is “heavy in pursuit” for the ex-Michigan center.
Big weekend for Hunter Dickinson: He told co-host @JordanBo_3 that he will be heading home and will take unofficial visits to both Georgetown and Maryland.
Dickinson has been tight-lipped on his recruitment for the most part. Source said Kansas also heavy in pursuit.

Dickinson attended DeMatha Catholic High School in Hyattsville Maryland, so choosing the Terps would put him much closer to home. Dickinson was a 4-star prospect in the class of 2020.
Michigan has not yet found a replacement for Dickinson in the transfer portal, but the Wolverines have been active in other areas. They’ve already added 3 transfers in this cycle: guard Caleb Love, guard Nimari Burnett and forward Tray Jackson.
Jett Howard and Kobe Bufin are also expected to depart the program this offseason, leaving Michigan without much returning production in the back court. Michigan does have a 4-star center arriving in the class of 2023 in 6-foot-10 Papa Kante.
Dickinson, an All-American in 2021-22, averaged 18.5 points and 9 rebounds per game last season.
