Illinois drops intense hype video for prime time showdown with Nebraska in B1G opener

Yeah, there is nothing quite like a primetime game in Memorial Stadium!
Illinois is getting set to start this season’s B1G slate with a showdown against Nebraska Saturday. Not only is it a conference game, but it is a B1G West divisional showdown which always carries a bit more weight.

This weekend, it will also take place under the lights! With an 8 pm EST kickoff time set, it will be the first primetime game of the season for the Illini.
One person that knows a thing or two about big-time games with the Illini is former safety, Kevin Mitchell. He narrated the hype video for the week, and it will definitely get you ready for kickoff!
