Illinois football’s Brown brothers throw out first pitch as part of Illini Night at White Sox game

The Illinois Fighting Illini were well represented at Guaranteed Rate Field, home of the Chicago White Sox, on Wednesday night. The White Sox held Illini Night as Chicago took on the Boston Red Sox.
Twin brothers Chase and Sydney Brown of Bret Bielema’s Illinois football team threw out the first pitch before the game.

The White Sox had good luck on Illini Night. They evened the 3-game series with the Red Sox, notching a 3-1 victory Wednesday. Chicago will go for the series win on Thursday night at 7:10 p.m. CDT.
