The Spartan Strong Fund was set up after the tragic shooting on MSU campus last week.
“The Spartan Strong Fund exists to harness Spartans’ collective will to take action and support one another,” the school website states. “Wherever you are, and whatever your connection to Michigan State, your support can make a difference.”
The fund will address needs such as campus security enhancements, mental health care and more.
Michigan State returned to the court Saturday, playing rival Michigan in Ann Arbor. U-M showed support in numerous ways, including having the Wolverines’ pep band play the MSU alma mater after a moment of silence.
