Illinois is feeling pretty confident heading into today’s game against the UTSA Roadrunners.

The Illini will most likely have backup QB Art Sitkowski from Rutgers playing after starting QB Brandon Peters had suffered shoulder injury against the Huskers last week.
Sitkowski against the Huskers was 12-15 for an 80% completion rate. He threw for 124 yards and had 2 passing touchdowns.
The Illini will be playing against one of the best RBs in the country in Sincere McCormick. McCormick for the Roadrunners in two seasons has 426 rushing attempts for 2,450 yards on 5.8 yards per carry and 19 touchdowns.
McCormick in the passing game has 44 receptions for 325 yards on 7.4 yards per reception and 1 touchdown.
