Indiana is trying to prove they belong in the College Football Playoff. Entering Week 13, the Hoosiers are 10-0 for the first time in school history and came in at No. 5 in the latest College Football Playoff ranking.

Week 13 was seen by many as the Hoosier’s first real test of the season. Going to Ohio State is never easy, and the narrative was that Indiana would be left out of the CFP with a blowout loss.

However, with around 2 minutes to play in the first half, the game was tied at 7. The Hoosiers had not only kept the score tied, they had matched the Buckeyes’ physicality.

Social media was ablaze with people giving props to Indiana. Check out some of the reactions here:

Ohio State would eventually carry a 14-7 lead into halftime, but the Hoosiers are far from getting blown out to this point in the game

While the Hoosiers hung tough in the first half, there’s still a lot of football to be played. It will be interesting to see if the team can keep up the momentum all game long.

After Week 13, the Hoosiers will wrap up their regular season with an in-state rivalry game against Purdue.
