On the first play against Bowling Green on Saturday, Minnesota wide receiver Chris Autman-Bell caught a nine-yard pass, and after being tackled got up limping.

Autman-Bell missed the first two games of the 2021 season with an ankle injury, but after returning to the Gophers sideline had a team-high four receptions for 76 yards during Minnesota’s 30-0 win over Colorado in Week 3.
The ankle was initially hurt during training camp on Aug. 12 when Autman-Bell was hurt after a horse-collar tackle, resulting in his missing the first two games of the season.
Autman-Bell was leader of Minnesota’s receiving corps last season, with 22 catches for 430 yards and one score during the Gophers 7-game season. In his 34 career games at Minnesota, he has 82 catches for 1,329 yards and six touchdowns.
