Iowa releases costume rules for Saturday’s game against Minnesota

This weekend when the Minnesota Golden Gophers come to town, Iowa Hawkeye fans are encouraged to wear Halloween costumes because the holiday is just around the corner. However, on Friday, Iowa released some rules involving what spectators can and cannot wear.

Rules one, two and four are understandable, but rule three just makes me laugh out loud.
